It's hard to believe that in a world of organic foods, organic hair care products, organic mattresses and even organic fuel, foods exist that are still polluted and dangerous. However, the truth is that there are still many farms that still prefer to use the easy methods of growing their foods, rather than going with the safe, healthy methods.

Ecco qui una ricetta Lombarda, che ho mangiato qualche volta a Milano a casa di amici e ho rifatto oggi per il pranzo domenicale. Ottimo piatto per Halloween, che si avvicina. Risatona (English Translation)


600 gr di zucca
600 ml di latte
200 gr di pasta corta ( i ditalini sono perfetti)
200 gr di Parmigiano Reggiano
40 gr di burro
Sale, Pepe, Noce Moscata

Ok, questa sera cuciniamo qualcosa di molto semplice e caldo, visto che qui dalle mie parti inizia a fare un po' freschetto.
Una semplice Zuppa rapida rapida e gradevole.
